The month of JULY 2026, was the PHENOMENAL Puble Sector Area Managers "TAKE-OVER." Colonial Life - PACIFIC REGION invited Territory Managers and District Agents to host regional insurance brokers to the 2026 Pacific Region Broker Event. It was held at the beautiful South Coast Winery, Temecula, California.

We had a half day😁 of learning from Colonial Life and Unum executives about Compensation & Underwriting, Enrollment & Tech Solutions, Large Case, Public Sector, and the hottest topic of ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement). These tools are helping the brokers and the public sector market protect their people, businesses, and grow insurance careers.

The other half of the day😁 and evenings was golf, wine tasting, food and socializing to build and listen to one another. A healthy and consistent relationship and partnership are NOT unilateral, and most effective as a "give and take."

Thank all in attendance and the great support of Colonial Life' executive and CORE teams.
