CLEAR TO CLOSE IN JUST 4 BUSINESS DAYS! And yes, that included an appraisal!

This one was especially rewarding because it took some creative problem-solving.

My clients had their home listed for months without finding a buyer. Rather than continue waiting, we found a way for them to keep it as a rental and still purchase their next home.

By tapping into some of their existing equity with a small HELOC, we were able to cover their down payment AND pay off a few debts along the way.

The result? A new home, less debt, and a rental property that will potentially pay for itself!

Two loans, one great solution, and some incredibly excited clients!

I'm grateful to have the product knowledge, lending options, and team to help make situations like this possible. Sometimes it's not about waiting for the perfect circumstances. It's about finding the right solution.

August was a great month for homeownership!

I had the opportunity to help veterans, first-time homebuyers, repeat clients, and referrals from past clients and partners. Some were purchasing a new home, others were refinancing—and the homes stretched from Phoenix, Oregon all the way to Sumner, Washington.

Every loan and every situation was a little different, but one thing was the same: I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity and for the trust people continue to place in me as their mortgage resource.

Buying a home or refinancing is a big decision, and I never take it lightly when someone chooses me to help them through it.
