Recently, I had the privilege of visiting the Normandy D-Day beaches in France, a place where courage, sacrifice, and leadership changed the course of history.
As I walked the grounds where so many brave men and women served, I found myself reflecting on my own 30+ year military career, the men and women I served with and the lessons that continue to guide me today: preparation matters, leadership matters, and serving others is a responsibility to be honored.
These same principles shape how I serve my clients as a financial advisor. Every financial plan is built with purpose, discipline, and a commitment to helping families navigate both opportunities and challenges with confidence.
Having the opportunity to walk Utah, Omaha (Charlie Sector), hedgerows, Brecourt Manor, Point duHoc, the Omaha National Guard Memorial and other very humbling locations is a powerful reminder that our greatest achievements are often built on sacrifice, perseverance, and a clear vision for the future.
It also reminded me how precious time is. The moments we share with family, the legacy we leave behind, and the impact we have on others are what truly matter.
I strongly encourage a visit to Normandy for anyone.
