Our office currently has no power or working phones. Please call one of our Customer Care representatives at 1-800-STATE-FARM (800-782-8332) if you need immediate assistance. If you call our office line it still hasn’t rolled correctly to our customer care center. If you leave a voicemail at the office, we are having difficulty retrieving it. There is a large outage in the area of Paragon Rd between 725 and Alex-Bell. 🔌💡⚡️☎️📵 thank you for your patience. Happy Friday 😬🙃😎

We’re moving today 😃! However, we are without access to our office phones and computers. Fingers crossed 🤞 all of our technology ☎️ 🖥️ 💻 📞 will be functioning by Friday evening. If you need assistance, you can still call 937.291.3351 to be connected with a corporate customer care representative. They are helping us as we transition to our new location at 7700 Paragon Rd. We have loved this location since 2013… however, our spot is being sold and redeveloped. We’ve been working hard to make our new location a great one. 7700 Paragon Rd near the Centerville Post Office. We’ll be there March 21 st 🤞
