Big sound, big stage, big results!
The Canby High School Wind Ensemble competed in the OSAA Band State Championships last Friday at Oregon State University. Of the 33 5A schools in Oregon, only 12 qualify to compete at the state level. CHS earned an outstanding 2nd-place finish.

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we pause with gratitude for the men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

Our office will be closing Friday at 3:00 PM and will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. We’ll reopen Tuesday at 9:00 AM.

🏉 Big hits, fast breaks, and no backing down - meet this week’s

Peyton Roe (Fullback) was a standout performer for the Cougars against Willamette Falls. Serving as the last line of defense, he played with confidence and composure while also making a major impact on offense. His quick feet and electric speed led to two tries and helped push the Cougars toward a well-deserved win.

Cooper Ward (Loosehead Prop) was a dominant force in Canby’s match against Willamette Falls Rugby Club. He ran the ball hard, controlled contact on defense, and added a try for the Cougars. His strong performance earned him recognition from our opponents as Man of the Match.

Huge performances. Well-earned recognition.

Here is what their coaches say...
Senior Hayden Olson is this week's girls' golf athlete of the week. She has led the team in scoring two weeks in a row and took 3rd overall in our NWOC league match. Along with being a great role model she works hard in school earning a 3.76 GPA. Congrats to Hayden.

Junior Mason DeBruyn is this week’s boys’ golf athlete of the week for his role in our currently first-place team. Currently ranked #2 on the team and #3 in the league, Mason and teammate Connor have become the duo to beat this season. Along with his work ethic on the course, including four rounds under 76, Mason manages a 3.4 GPA while balancing the demanding golf schedule. Congrats to Mason for getting it done in the classroom and on the course!
