Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a thorough understanding of all deposit products and services offered.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing banking needs both in person and over the phone while recommending appropriate products and services.
* Guide customers through account setup for checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs while providing information about features, fees, and interest rates for these accounts offered by Citizens Bank & Trust Company.
*Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional banking regulations.
* Represent Citizens Bank & Trust Company with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
* Experience: Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus.
* Skills: Basic computer literacy is necessary; strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

* Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
