The price of life insurance varies. But on average, the policies that I sell most are between $20-$40 a month.

I had a customer call in this morning who was involved in a hit and run and I had to explain that with a liability only policy, our options were limited due to not knowing who hit them. With liability, if you are at fault in an accident, YOUR liability policy will cover the OTHER person's damaged property. But not yours. This is where comprehensive and collision come in.

I say this because it is SO important to know and understand what coverage you have and how it's going to protect you in the future if God forbid, something happened. This goes for auto, home, health and life insurance. It's okay to not understand your policies before talking with an agent. It is NOT okay to leave an agent's office, still not understanding what you have or how you're protected.
