We invest in people and knowledge to build great team.

If you have an active license, we can discuss potential partnership for business opportunities. For those that don't have licenses, and would like to explore due to career changes, side job, or just for knowledge, you will start with Training Associate to begin.

We are looking for self-starter and entrepreneurs to assist you to start your business. Our team offer free classes, training, and materials for you to study, and mentorship to guide you through your license. This is a position to be licensed, and assist others to achieve their goal with collective knowledge. No strings attached, after you obtain your license, you can either be on your own, or you could also join us if you like us as your business partner to expand. Our mission and goal focus on people, and thrive to pass on knowledge and assist families to achieve their financial goal and planning, and equip them with the financial knowledge they need to perform their due-diligence.

As training associates, you will:

1. Study pre-licensing materials and ramp up on financial knowledge and industries that you are interested in.

2. Participate in online classes today (in-person classes are suspended due to pandemic, but will resume in the future) on business and financial concepts.

3. Identify field of interest. You will identify your interest and focus on the license within that field.

4. Plan for state license exam (need to be within the 50 states), state license exam depends where you are located.

5. Participate in team activities.

Once you pass the state exam, develop your own business plan or strategy, or build your own team, or team up with us, or transform the industries, treat it like a start-up, etc., sky is the limit. We hope you the best and don't forget to remember us. Cheers.

FYI. Individual Tax Day April 15th has been extended to May 17th now. You can also file an extension as you see fit if you don't want to make amendment later on due to new tax code changes or updates (e.g. late forms) that arrives after the deadline. However, if you plan to file an extension, if you owe taxes, you are still required to pay first to avoid penalty and interests.

Heard of Homestead Exemption? It simply means your primary resident is exempt from creditors and debtor up to certain amount.
California pass AB 1885 and amended the existing homestead to a higher amount, and enacted on Jan 1st, 2021.

"Existing law provides that a specified portion of equity in a homestead, as defined, is exempt from ex*****on to satisfy a judgment debt and prescribes that the amount of the homestead exemption is either $75,000, $100,000, or $175,000, depending on certain characteristics of the homestead’s residents.
This bill would instead make the homestead exemption the greater of $300,000 or the countywide median sale price of a single-family home in the calendar year prior to the calendar year in which the judgment debtor claims the exemption, not to exceed $600,000. These amounts would adjust annually for inflation."
