These terms get used all the time in auto insurance, but many drivers don’t actually know what separates the two. 👀

🔵 Liability-only coverage is designed to help pay for injuries or property damage you cause to other people if you’re at fault in an accident.

🔴 Full coverage typically includes liability coverage plus additional protection for your own vehicle — like collision and comprehensive coverage.

That can include things like:
✔️ Accident damage to your car
✔️ Theft
✔️ Vandalism
✔️ Weather-related damage
✔️ Certain medical expenses after an accident

Every policy is different, but understanding what each type of coverage generally includes can make insurance terms a little less confusing 🙌
