Some closings happen in 30 days. Others take a little longer.

I first met Troya in May of 2024. At the time, homeownership was the goal, but the timing wasn't quite right yet. Instead of forcing a transaction, we built a plan and kept moving forward one step at a time.

Yesterday, that plan became reality.

One of the most rewarding parts of this job is seeing someone stay committed to a goal, even when it takes longer than expected. Life happens. Circumstances change. Timelines shift. Sometimes the right answer is simply to be patient and keep preparing for the opportunity when it comes.
