Flashback to this video… and honestly, I still 100% agree with it.
Even though our buyer’s agent has changed, it really put into perspective just how important that relationship is. You don’t just replace someone who helped guide you through such a big journey — we still look back on that experience and everything we learned from it.
When choosing our new agent, we knew we wanted someone who understands the market, knows how to write a strong offer, and has built trust with other agents. That matters more than people realize.
And don’t get me wrong — it doesn’t have to be someone with years and years of experience. A newer agent can absolutely check these boxes too, especially if they have the right mentorship and support behind them.
I knew right away who would be the best agent for us… Ryan needed a little more convincing (big shoes to fill 😅), but that just shows how much this decision matters.
This business has given me the opportunity to connect with so many amazing agents, and if there’s one thing I’ll always stand by, it’s this:
