It’s true! We no longer have minimum credit score requirements for FHA OR Conventional loans. If the loan passes automated underwriting, any credit score is acceptable!

We received a very nice compliment from a closing on a UP property today. I couldn’t attend due to the distance and my borrower texted after closing to say that at the closing the agent repeated that Michigan United Mortgage was the quickest and most organized company they’ve ever worked with. She said it was mentioned at least three times. Now that’s a good testimony!
The buyer was asked how she found me and she let them know she was a repeat client but originally referred by Jennifer Abner.
