Over the past 15 years, Cliff has built an incredible career defined by growth, dedication, and impact. From starting as a Student Intern to his current role as Retail Experience Manager, he has gained a wide range of experience across branches, the Contact Center, Business Services, and Branch Operations—bringing a unique perspective that helps strengthen teams across the organization.

Reflecting on his time at KCU, Cliff shared:
“I enjoy being able to drive meaningful change—especially improving core programs and removing barriers so our teams can better serve our members.”
