This journey has been a long one—almost 2 years of searching, taking breaks, putting in offers and navigating one of the most challenging real estate markets we’ve seen. Timing truly is everything and sometimes the right home comes along exactly when it’s meant to. ❤️

Like many buyers today, they faced tough competition. The move-in ready homes were being bid up by tens of thousands of dollars 💰while many other properties needed extensive renovations and updates 🛠️ With a baby on the way 👶💙 taking on a major renovation project simply wasn’t the right fit.
