Warmer weather. Dogs everywhere. Higher foot traffic. It’s peak flea season, and once you’ve got an infestation, you’re offline until it’s handled.

Ohio STR hosts: Avery’s Law just changed everything 🐕 As of March 18th, you can be held liable for a guest’s dangerous dog...even if you didn’t know about it. Most hosts have no idea this applies to them. And standard Homeowners policies won’t cover it. If you host in Ohio and allow pets, you need to watch this!
