⭐️ INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER⭐️

Qualifications:
Previous P&C sales experience (2 years preferred but we are willing to train and license the right candidate)
Property & Casualty License (preferred, but not required)
Excellent phone skills & relationship development experience
Strong attention to detail and networking skills are all required
Able to work independently

Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Excellent customer service.
•Achieving objectives established in the annual account manager plan.
•Prospecting for new business from existing clients and identified target groups.
•Contacting prospects for the purpose of providing a quote and making sales appointments.
•Surveying prospects to determine insurance needs.
•Inspecting current insurance policies, risk management plans, property, products, and records.
•Developing and delivering formal proposals of insurance – including details of coverages, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent information.
•Conducting client and prospect appointments.
•Communicating proposals and renewals, explaining details, and communicating desire to conduct business.
•Answering and returning phone calls.
•Navigating multiple carrier websites.
•Detail oriented.
•Processing client requests.
•Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, Word, etc.
•Communicate professionally.
•Learning internal Agency Management system (EZ Lynx)
•Data input with attention to accuracy.
•Team Player (have fun)
