We received a quick response relative to our qualifications and terms of our loan. The only problem was the last minute requirement for updated information that held up our lawyer getting the final number for wiring to me. This may have been caused by the moving of closing date. However, the closing department should have realized the need for updated documents before the day before closing. There was enough time to review between closing dates. This caused a delay in finalizing the closing but created a bit of anxiety as to whether there was a need for another delay for me.
