Real-world financial lessons, hands-on learning, and a whole lot of community impact. 💙

This year, Eastern Bank team members volunteered at Credit for Life Fairs across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, helping students navigate real-life financial decisions through interactive budgeting simulations.

From Cambridge to Brockton to New Bedford and Central Falls to Cumberland, our volunteers served as advisors, guiding students through important conversations about saving, spending, and planning for the future.

We're proud to support financial education and help equip the next generation with the tools they need to succeed. Interested in bringing a Credit for Life Fair to your school for the 2026–2027 school year? Email [email protected]

Juneteenth commemorates the day in 1865 when the last enslaved people in the United States learned they were free. It represents freedom, honors resilience, and reminds us of the ongoing pursuit of opportunity for all. It’s also a reminder that when people and communities thrive, the future grows stronger, more inclusive, and full of possibility.

Happy Juneteenth.

LGBTQIA+ Equal Pay Awareness Day shines a light on the wage disparities that continue to impact many LGBTQIA+ workers. On average, LGBTQIA+ employees earn less than their non-LGBTQ+ peers, with even greater inequities experienced by transgender individuals and LGBTQIA+ people of color.

By supporting pay transparency, equal opportunity, and inclusive workplaces, we can help build a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
