When you are a Realtor, like myself, questions, issues, and potential new clients come up all the time, ( and you just CANT WAIT till Monday to get a response) and she is ALWAYS there to work tge deal and walk everyone through the process.
If you use anyone else , your just going to get frustrated , Use Christina for a smooth and STRESS FREE mortgage transaction.

One of the biggest misconceptions about buying a home is that you need to save up a 20% down payment before you can even think about purchasing.

The truth? Many buyers qualify with much less, depending on the loan program.

🏡 Here are a few examples:
• FHA loans: as little as 3.5% down
• Conventional loans: as little as 3% down for qualified buyers
• VA & USDA loans: 0% down for eligible borrowers
• Down payment assistance programs may also be available to help qualified buyers.
