With more than 20 years of experience in the Indian life insurance industry, Vijaya has built an outstanding career spanning sales, recruitment, leadership, training, and agency development. She began her insurance career as an LIC of India agent, later worked as a Sales Manager at MetLife, and went on to hold leadership positions with Kotak Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust and respect of professionals across India’s insurance market.
