Olin is originally from the Carolina's where he was born and raised until graduating from Appalachian State University and moving to Chicago. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Advertising, followed by a minor in Theatre Arts with an emphasis on Musical Theatre. Always educating himself, Olin received 3 additional designations after furthering his studies in the Real Estate business; Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE®) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, is a licensed Broker and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI®). Olin loves working with first time home buyers as well as seasoned home buyers / investors. He has dealt extensively with purchases and sales, negotiations, investments, relocations and rentals. Olin has worked in the Real Estate industry for nearly 15 years and has expert knowledge of the Chicago and Chicagoland areas, having lived and worked all over the city. For buyers, he offers un-parralled personal service and expertise of the market. For sellers, with the help of , he offers amazing marketing tools to get properties sold fast and for the most return on investment. I’ve worked in the industry for nearly 10 years and have a ton of experience working with renters and buyers. This is important because when I list a property, I create a marketing strategy that leverages my knowledge of how buyers and renters think, what they look for in a property and what motivates an offer. Secondly, I have a degree in Advertising and Marketing and with the skills I’ve learned combined with my strong work ethic, I know how to position a property in this market, create maximum exposure and attract qualified buyers. Prior to becoming a Broker I worked for Oprah Winfrey and became an expert at dealing in high pressure situations, gained a unique set of skills and as you can imagine have learned the art of professionalism through those experiences."
