Employee Spotlight: Gerald Hill 👋

For nearly 21 years, Gerald has helped individuals, families, and businesses navigate Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Group Benefits, and Medicare options. What he enjoys most is building long-term relationships with clients and helping them understand how to protect what matters most.

A North Georgia native from Morganton, Gerald loves the strong sense of community we have here, along with the beautiful mountain views—especially in the fall.

When he’s not at the office, you’ll likely find him cheering on his daughters at the softball field, golfing, playing guitar, or spending time at church. He’s also a proud dog dad to Bailey, a spoiled dachshund, and Millie, a cat who definitely runs the household.

A lifelong Georgia fan, Gerald is always ready to say, “Go Dawgs!” 🏈

One thing Gerald is especially passionate about is helping clients understand their Life Insurance and Medicare options so they can make confident decisions for themselves and their families.

Kevin, Gerald, Chris, and Daniel wear a lot of hats around the office, but their favorite titles are probably “Dad.”

Employee Spotlight: Marcia Cochran 👋

For 29 years, Marcia has been a familiar face at KPI, helping with new business, training, accounting, and whatever else needs to be done to keep things running smoothly.

What she enjoys most about her job is the relationships she’s built over the years with both clients and her teammates. She especially enjoys helping clients understand how their insurance policies protect them, giving them confidence and peace of mind when it matters most.

A Blue Ridge native, Marcia loves calling North Georgia home and appreciates the beauty of our mountains, streams, and the changing seasons throughout the year.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her at home on the farm. Depending on the day, that could mean spending time with cows, baby calves, goats, pigs, chickens, and whatever else her husband Gary has traded for and hasn’t sold yet! 🐄🐐🐖🐓
