Meet Lydia! 👋
Lydia joined the KPI family almost three months ago as a Commercial Lines Agent and Customer Service Representative, and she has already been such an awesome addition to our team!
Her positive energy, go-getter attitude, and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does. What Lydia enjoys most about her role is connecting with clients, coworkers, and underwriters to find the best possible solutions. More than anything, she wants every client to feel heard, cared for, and confident that she is working hard on their behalf.
Originally from Acworth, Lydia always dreamed of calling the North Georgia mountains home—and now she does! Outside the office, you’ll find her baking bread and sweet treats, running, traveling, exploring the mountains with Wendell, or spending time with her grumpy-but-adorable cat, Buddy Tananei. 🐾
She also has quite the adventurous side! Lydia has traveled to Burkina Faso, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Ireland, Italy, and more than half of the United States—including a solo trip to Italy! ✈️
We’re so thankful Lydia found her way to KPI and North Georgia. We already love having her on our team and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes!
