Joe was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1963.

His father died when he was 4 years old. His mother raised him and his three sisters by herself. He learned many lessons very early in life about how fragile life is, how to survive, manage a household on a shoestring and work! He began Callahan & Associates in September of 1987 in a 1-room office downtown at Longworth Hall. Education:
