Tonight we celebrated two people who helped shape what it felt like to be a Thrivent member in the Bismarck area. Deb Materi and Pam Holscher are retiring after years of gracious service, genuine care, and hospitality as tremendous Office Professionals.
As stories were shared tonight, one theme kept coming up—people mattered to them.
More than one advisor remembered coming out to the lobby to greet a client only to find Deb or Pam already deep in conversation, making that person feel welcome, known, and valued. And if you know Deb, there's a good chance a hug was involved!
The culture they helped create wasn't built through organized spreadsheets or grand gestures. It was built one conversation, one act of kindness, and one relationship at a time. We celebrate their retirement with mixed emotions, grateful for all they've given and excited for what's ahead.
