After 41 incredible years at Valley Credit Union, Kindra McMullin is officially beginning her next great adventure: retirement!

Kindra’s dedication to our members, coworkers, and the communities we serve has made a lasting impact over the past four decades. Her kindness, leadership, and commitment to helping others are just a few of the many reasons she has meant so much to all of us at Valley.

While we are excited for this next chapter in her life, there’s no question she will be deeply missed by everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside her.

For the 5th consecutive year, Valley Credit Union is proud to renew our $10,000 sponsorship of the historic Babcock Theatre in Downtown Billings!

The Babcock is more than a theatre. It’s a cornerstone of our community, bringing people together through arts, entertainment, and shared experiences for generations.

We’re honored to continue supporting Art House Billings as they preserve the Babcock’s legacy and prepare for its exciting reopening later this year. Their commitment to affordable, accessible arts and entertainment helps make Downtown Billings an even stronger place to live, work, and connect.

Congratulations to Jennifer Coblentz of Skyview High School, named the 2026 Valleydictorian!

Jennifer was selected from more than 50 nominated students and 12 outstanding finalists throughout the school year. In recognition of her hard work, determination, and clear vision for her future, she was awarded a $5,000 grant from Valley Credit Union to help further her education.

After graduation, Jennifer plans to attend Flathead Valley Community College to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts. We are excited to see where her passion and talent take her in the years ahead!

The Valleydictorian program, presented by Valley Credit Union in partnership with The Billings Gazette, was created to recognize students pursuing career paths outside of a traditional 4-year university. Throughout the 2025-2026 school year, featured students were nominated by teachers, counselors, and principals for demonstrating dedication toward trade school, apprenticeships, certifications, city college, and technical education programs.

At Valley Credit Union, we believe success after high school can take many forms, and we are proud to support students building bright futures through hands-on careers and specialized education.

Congratulations again to Jennifer and to all 12 incredible Valleydictorian students from the Class of 2026! Your futures are bright, and we’re honored to celebrate this milestone with you.

This award recognizes leaders who truly live the credit union philosophy of People Helping People, and anyone who knows Brandon knows how deserving he is of this honor.

Through his leadership, mentorship, community involvement, and passion for helping others succeed, Brandon continuously makes a positive impact not only at Valley Credit Union, but throughout the communities we proudly serve. His dedication to creating opportunities, supporting education, and inspiring those around him reflects the very heart of who we are as a credit union.

In observance of Memorial Day, Valley Credit Union is closed today.

While our branches are closed, you can still access your accounts anytime through online/mobile banking and ATMs. We’ll reopen with normal business hours tomorrow.
