Surround yourself with people who challenge you to be better!

I had the opportunity today to share the stage with some incredible mortgage professionals at Lower’s ELEVATE event!

It was an honor to be part of the Top Producer Panel, sharing some of the strategies, lessons, and relationships that have helped me grow my business.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that success doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up consistently, building genuine relationships, taking care of people, and surrounding yourself with a great team.

When shopping for a home, most buyers focus on the purchase price and interest rate. But there's another number you shouldn't overlook…homeowners insurance!

Two homes with the exact same price tag can have VERY different monthly payments simply because of insurance costs.

My advice? Get an insurance quote EARLY! Don't wait until you're a week away from closing to find out your payment is higher than expected. My team and I work with the best insurance agents around.
