She is super nice and is able to get the loan even with the "not so ideal" customer like us. She has always pulled off what seemed like a bleek chance of getting what we needed. If there is ever another refi for us, we will definitely use DeDe. Although none have taken me up on the offer, I have recommended DeDe to other friends & family. Thanks again to DeDe and Guild for taking great care of us.
