PacificSource has announced that it will be leaving the individual health insurance market across all states and will also be exiting the Montana market for individual, family, and employer health plans.

If you currently have PacificSource coverage in Montana, don’t panic—your coverage isn’t ending immediately. However, you will need to transition to another carrier when your current coverage ends.

Why are supplemental/ancillary plans so important?

I have had 2 clients in the last 2 weeks who will be filing a claim on their supplemental policies. One client fell down the stairs at her apartment complex and broke her leg. She had plates and screws put in her leg.

The other client has had a breast cancer diagnosis in the last couple of months.

They will both have thousands of dollars paid directly to them for these qualifying events.

They both plan on using the money for monthly household expenses, not medical bills.

That is why we write these policies, to make sure our clients are covered in catastrophic situations.

🚨 Zoom meeting scam alert 🚨

HealthMarkets Insurance Agency has been a recent target of Zoom Meeting scams. We have “potential clients” reaching out via email requesting a zoom meeting. It’s very convincing in the way the email is set up requesting information on plans and carriers that we represent. Once they get a response from the agent, they send out a zoom link that prompts you to “update” your zoom app and that is how they gain access to sensitive client information.

Due to this current situation, we will not be doing any Zoom meeting requests.

90% of our clients prefer over the phone appointments. We do offer in office appointments as well, if requested. At this time walk-in appointments are not available, in-office meetings are by appointment only.

Whether you’re a biological dad, stepdad, adoptive dad, foster dad, or a father figure who has stepped into a child’s life and made a difference, today is a day to celebrate you.

I hope you feel loved, honored, appreciated, and celebrated today.

In my opinion, fathers are essential to strong families and healthy communities. We need strong, godly men who are willing to lead, love, protect, and guide their families. Fathers play a major role in shaping the next generation, teaching young men how to become good men and showing young women what respect, integrity, and love look like.
