The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA): What the Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) expansion means for you

Three major taxpayer-friendly changes for stock issued after July 5, 2025:

• Eligible issuer size increased from $50 million to $75 million in assets

• Hold period flexibility: partial exclusions now start at three years

• Tax-free gain cap raised from $10 million to $15 million
