74,540 jobs in Gallatin County β€” up 47% since 2015. Unemployment at 2.9%. Median household income just crossed $100K for the first time. BZN setting passenger records with new direct routes to Phoenix, Austin, and Long Beach coming this summer.

The structural drivers here aren't weakening.

That doesn't mean it's easy β€” for buyers or sellers. But it does mean the case for waiting on a meaningful correction is weaker than it looks.

AI is a powerful research tool. It's also really good at sounding right when it isn't.

More buyers and sellers are using AI to research the market, estimate home values, and make decisions, and that's not a bad thing. But there's a gap between what AI can tell you and what actually drives value in a market like Big Sky or Bozeman.

Off-market deals, neighborhood-level nuance, build quality, timing, strategy, none of that shows up in a chatbot response.
