We are long overdue with this post. Below are a few pics of our 3rd and 4th new construction projects. 99 Upper Whitefish Drive in my home town of Big Sky, MT is first and 210 Tenderfoot Lane, Stevensville, MT is the second photo.

99 Upper Whitefish is a personal project that will become a rental property. 210 is our 3rd Spec home and we expect to complete it by October. It is listed at $294,900.

We are continuing to build new homes with new projects in Great Falls, MT and more in Stevensville in the works. All of our projects are funded by private money lenders and we are grateful for their ongoing partnerships. Our two teams of contractors do excellent work and we welcome any inquiries for build to suit projects.

Hello J&W Ventures fans. We've been busy working on our 3rd and 4th new construction projects. Thanks to a strong market and a quality team building homes targeted at the median market price, our first two new builds went under contract within days of completion.

I'm currently working on 1600 sq ft and 3200 sq ft new builds, and am looking for funding for the next project - Four Condos in Big Sky, MT, my home town.

PP: $700,000

ARV per unit - $600,000+

Condo inventory in my market is currently at 1.4 mos supply and there are very few building sites left in the area.

Our latest project in Great Falls, 717 10th Ave SW, has been staged. As usual, the New Stages team has done a wonderful job. This 4+2 home will be listed very soon and we look forward to it making a family very happy.

SOLD - 243 Tenderfoot Ln (New Construction)

Our first new build went under contract 2 weeks before we finished. It closed today at asking price.

We could not be happier about this lovely house. The team did an amazing job of putting it together and nailing the details.

As always, thanks go to the team, at Berkshire Hathaway, and the rest of the folks that had a hand in putting this together.

For anyone looking for a nice new home in Stevensville, MT we have 1 more build that will be finished by the end of February and are starting our 3rd in March. Please let us know if you're interested in a showing.

243 Tenderfoot Ln in Stevensville is almost finished. Interior paint will be finished this coming week as will flooring and the cabinets are going in too. We are really pleased with this great home built by our team at . They have done great work. Please spread the word to anyone looking for a reasonably priced new build in Stevi.

Please spread the word. This would make an amazing Bitterroot Valley vacation home for some out of state folks looking for a great place to spend time for fishing, hunting, or just generally enjoying some of the best of what Montana has to offer. The Bitterroot Valley is amazing and is also known as the banana belt of Western MT.

If you have friends looking for a dream vacation spot within a reasonable drive (45 min) of one of the state's bigger cities (Missoula), this could be their place.
