7:01 PM UPDATE: The upstream providers continue to work on isolating the One-way call audio issues. It appears the reboot has worked to help other calls complete normally. We will continue to monitor.

4:35PM UPDATE: A hard reboot was done upstream app 5 min ago. They continue to troubleshoot. Let's hope it was the fix!!

3:15PM UPDATE: We have not received an ETA for phone services to be fully restored. We were assured this has been escalated, with equipment vendors also involved. Thank you to our members for your patience, as well as your detailed information which we relayed to help find a resolution.

We are currently experiencing PHONE ISSUES due to upstream provider problems. We are hoping it is resolved SOON!
