Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Ryan Maskewitz

Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Ryan Maskewitz More than a decade after starting my Edward Jones practice in Boulder, CO, my family decided to pursue a '2nd chapter'. The mountains move me- quite literally.

We realized there was no time like the present to follow our dream of living in a coastal community, surrounded by mountains, lush forests and expansive trail systems. Our move to Bellingham was encouraged and inspired by the families I serve. Having seen so many of my clients pursue their dreams through the fulfillment of a well thought out financial strategy, along with having guided so many fam

ilies through the curve
balls and loss that life can bring us, our family became ever more present to the balancing act between preparing for tomorrow while living our best life today. From my office in Fairhaven, Branch Office Administrator Ashlee Walston and I continue to serve our clients and grow selectively with referrals and with local families who seek a personalized approach and who share similar values. Helping to organize, build, protect and transfer wealth are the tangible outcomes we deliver on, but the conversations we have to arrive at those specifics are much more personal. Whether planning for retirement, selling a business, saving for college, protecting your family, or establishing an estate strategy, our office stands to partner with you and aid you in the
prioritization of these very important goals. Outside of the office, I am husband to Becky, and Dad to Charlotte and Griffin. I am an avid mountain biker and skier and have a passion for adventure. We welcome meeting other like-minded people who could use financial guidance and a proactive planning approach to living their best life now and for the future.

As the conflict in the Middle East moves beyond its first month, major U.S. equity indexes have come under pressure. While the duration and ultimate path of geopolitical tensions remain uncertain, history suggests that periods like these can often be short-lived and may provide opportunities.

As the conflict in the Middle East moves beyond its first month, major U.S. equity indexes have come under pressure. Kevin Warsh — Federal Reserve Board member from 2006-2011 — has been nominated by President Trump to succeed Jerome Powell as Fed Chair. We break down what the news might mean for investors.

Kevin Warsh — Federal Reserve Board member from 2006-2011 — has been nominated by President Trump to succeed Jerome Powell as Fed chair. Warsh likely represents a dovish shift on interest rates versus Chair Powell, though his influence should be tempered by the Fed's design.
