🎉 Another happy closing day! 🎉 I helped this wonderful family purchase their FIRST HOME! I was introduced to them by their brother, whom I'd worked with several years ago to purchase HIS first home! We had remained in touch since his purchase, and I've followed along as he got married, had his first kiddo, and now is expecting his second kiddo! 🧑🧑🧒🧒
A couple of months ago, my client told me he had finally talked his brother into buying a house, and that he had passed on my name to help them. Friends, there is NO GREATER HONOR than receiving a referral from a past customer… except maybe to receive a referral from a past customer to help THEIR FAMILY MEMBER! 🤩 I'm so grateful when my peeps keep me top of mind! 🥰
My new customers were looking for a home basically right up the street from where they grew up, and they engaged the talented Alexis Tix - Eastside Home Team Windermere to help them. They also had a looming deadline: They needed to find a home, make on offer, close their loan, and move in BEFORE JUNE, because one of the buyers was leaving then to go overseas for the next several months, and they wanted to be all moved in before the departure date. 📅
