It’s a Buyer’s Market.
For the first time in a while, buyers actually have some leverage again.
There are more homes to choose from, fewer bidding wars, and sellers are often willing to help with closing costs or rate buydowns.
I talk to a lot of people who are waiting for the “perfect time” to buy. The truth is, nobody knows exactly when rates will be lowest or when prices will bottom out.
What I do know is this:
When you have more choices, less competition, and room to negotiate, that’s usually a pretty good time to start looking.
Every situation is different. Sometimes buying makes sense right now. Sometimes it doesn’t.
If you’re curious what your options look like, let’s run the numbers and see what works for you.
