Yesterday, Utah Independent Bank had the opportunity to spend time with local business owners and entrepreneurs for a conversation focused on becoming lender-prepared at the Small Business Solutions Workshop.

Spencer B. White, President and CEO of Utah Independent Bank, shared practical insight into what lenders look for when evaluating a business loan request, common red flags that can weaken an application, and how business owners can be better prepared before approaching a lender.

For us, community banking is about more than transactions. It’s about sharing knowledge, building relationships, and helping local businesses prepare for what comes next.
