20 years of service is an incredible milestone, and Kristin DuPont has spent every one of those years putting clients first - even while juggling a crazy schedule with 3 kids.

As a Personal Lines Producer, she has built lasting relationships by showing up consistently, responding quickly, and making sure clients know they’re cared for. Whether she’s in the office, at a school pickup line, or working between family commitments, Kristin does what it takes to provide stellar service. Fun fact: she’s been in sales for 20 consecutive years.

Her dedication, work ethic, and ability to balance the demands of both family and career are truly remarkable. We are grateful to say the least.

Congrats, KD, on 20 years!!! Maybe one day your anniversary with Sherman will be a higher number than your anniversary with us, just not today 😉

When Tucker Jordan joined our team last year as a Commercial Lines Producer, he came to us fresh out of the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. What we didn’t realize during onboarding was that he was born in 2002 — a fact that made a few of us feel older than we’d like to admit.

Don’t let his age deter you. He’s got a good head on his shoulders, jumped in with local networking groups to build relationships, and is here to take care of your business.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one is worth a million. We’ll title it “the working mom”.

There’s a quiet strength about the working mom. Juggling all the things, wearing all the hats, thinking for everyone, sacrifices that no one else sees. In true fashion, Charlotte was out of the office last week handling family matters on the day of her 13 anniversary with us.

Here’s a few things our employees shared that they love about Charlotte:
• encouraging in and out of the office
• when things get hard, she might cuss a little and maybe even shed a tear, but she’s gonna get things done
• she has 1 million things on her plate and still finds time to make sure everyone has their head above water
• the first person to always be willing to jump in and help
• she will switch gears and become “boss lady” when that side of her is really needed

Zarah and Tucker had big plans this past weekend as they were a part of the Veterans Supporting Veterans golf tournament on Cat Island! We were proud to support Kim Coolican as a new member of the BNI Elite Strategic Partners Lady's Island SC by sponsoring this event.

Our rockstar agents did a little team bonding and conquered the Spanish Moss Trail! Some completed half and some completed the full length. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! The vibes were high, the trail was loud, and we entertained bystanders to say the least. Thanks for letting us have a little work/life balance! 🌞🏃‍♂️
