One of the things I love most about this business is how small the world can be. I met these two through a friend, and before long, we were working together to get them to the closing table. Can we also talk about their organization? Gold star status for sure. They stayed on top of everything, got me what I needed quickly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. And what a special month to become homeowners. Closing during Pride Month just feels right. I like the story behind this one. It feels like a reminder that getting preapproved isn't just about buying a house today. It's about creating a plan so when the time is right, you're ready.
Almost a year ago, we sat down and put together a game plan. They took the steps, stayed focused, and trusted the process. There was no scrambling when they found the right home because they had already done the work to get there. When the perfect house came along, they knew exactly where they stood, exactly what they could afford, and exactly what they wanted. The result was a smooth and seamless closing day.
