SCAM ALERT – ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS

We have received reports that fraudsters are once again contacting customers and attempting to obtain personal banking information.

Please be aware:
*If you receive a phone call requesting information about your accounts, hang up immediately and contact your local bank directly using a trusted phone number.
*Your bank will never call and ask for your account number, debit card number, PIN, online banking password, or security codes.
*Your bank will never ask you to verify your banking information over the phone.
*Your bank will never send you a link and ask you to click it to verify account information.
If you are unsure whether a call or message is legitimate, do not provide any information. Contact your local bank directly to verify the request.

We are receiving reports of scammers spoofing our number and trying to obtain information by asking about an ACH. If you receive one of these calls from someone claiming to be from the bank and is requesting verification, please hang up and call your local branch. If you believe you have already released information to someone involved in the scam, please contact us right away.
