Security State Bank-Wyoming is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Treasury Relationship Manager to join our community bank team.
The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to business banking, combining strong treasury management expertise with exceptional relationship-building, analytical, and sales skills.

This role is responsible for developing and managing business customer relationships while delivering tailored treasury management solutions that support customer growth, operational efficiency, and overall financial objectives.
Key Qualifications & Characteristics:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Deep knowledge of treasury management systems and cash management products
Education/Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred), and/or a minimum of five years in business banking, less experience may be considered for candidates holding a CTP designation
Experience in community banking sales, business development, or lending
