You can owe $200,000 and not qualify.

You can owe $40,000 and qualify.

The amount you owe doesn’t decide it. Your ability to pay does.

The IRS isn’t comparing your offer to your balance.

It’s comparing it to what it believes it can collect.

They look at your assets and your future income, then decide: can we get the money?

That’s why real representation starts with an investigation, not an application. 🔍

Investigate first. Apply second.

Save this before you file anything with the IRS.

Share it with a friend who thinks their balance is the whole story.

Pay pennies on the dollar is one of the most abused pitches in IRS collections. 🛑

You’ve seen the ads and the letters.

Owe $50,000 or $100,000? Hire us and we’ll get you into Fresh Start.

An Offer in Compromise can be life-changing for the right taxpayer. But it doesn’t happen very often.

The IRS accepts an offer when your facts, your financial records, and the collection rules show that a compromise is the proper result. Not because you owe a lot.

Save this before you hire anyone who promises to erase your tax bill.

Share it with someone who’s seen those ads.

Your IRS tax clock can pause, and most people don’t know what makes it happen. ⏸️

The CSED is 10 years from the date of assessment. But certain things add time:

Filing an offer in compromise
Filing for bankruptcy
Requesting an installment agreement

In a partial installment agreement? The IRS can circle back and ask if you can pay more now, and you may have to prove what you can afford.

But eventually, the 10 years run out.

One client kept making payments, one landed after his CSED, and he got a refund. His tax problem was done. âś…

I’ve had clients who owed several hundred thousand dollars to the IRS... and then the debt expired. ⏳

Here’s how it happens.

They come in with 5 or 6 years of unfiled returns. We prepare the returns and set up an installment agreement, often a partial one based on what they can actually afford to pay, not what they owe.

Then they do the hard part. They stay steady. They file on time. They pay as taxes come due.

And the whole time, the CSED (Collection Statute Expiration Date) keeps ticking.

The IRS generally has 10 years from the date of assessment to collect.

When time runs out, the IRS can no longer collect.

Wondering if this could happen for you? Call me.

📌 Save this so you don’t forget the CSED exists.
📤 Send it to someone drowning in back taxes.

One small mistake—that's all it takes.

The IRS uses AI to automatically match your income across every source. If one number is slightly off, the system flags it instantly.
No human review, no second chances, just automatic notices and penalties before you realize what happened. Most people don't know they made mistakes until too late.

They thought income was under thresholds, didn't realize platforms sent forms, or forgot about past gigs.

The IRS didn't forget. Know what the IRS looks for and avoid these traps entirely. It's not about perfection, it's about being informed.

đź’ľ Save and share this.

Stop being afraid of the IRS.

People fear it because they don't understand how it works, what triggers audits, which deductions are legitimate, how to respond to notices.

That fear keeps them stuck, making decisions based on myths instead of facts. Knowledge changes everything. Understanding the real rules means you stop reacting and start strategizing. You know what to track, report, and claim.

When the IRS reaches out, you respond with confidence instead of panic. Mastering the system doesn't mean gaming it—it means understanding it well enough to protect yourself and your business.

đź’¬ What IRS myth have you heard?
