🏀🏡 DO YOU THINK HE’S A BASKETBALL PLAYER?

I’m going to let you keep wondering… 😂 But what I can tell you is that he’s an incredible person—and WE FINALLY CLOSED! 🔑🎉

He flew all the way from the mainland U.S. to Puerto Rico for the closing on his beautiful second home. 🇵🇷✈️🏡

During the process, I asked him:

“Why Puerto Rico?”

He told me he loves Puerto Rico—the beaches, the mountains, the culture—and dreams of retiring here one day. 🇵🇷❤️

And apparently, exploring the island in just any car won’t do… 😂 He already has his eyes on a Tesla Cybertruck! ⚡️

Can you imagine that Cybertruck cruising around Puerto Rico? 😂🇵🇷

But here’s what really impressed me about him: this man is a serious entrepreneur! He manages FOUR businesses at the same time. I still don’t know how he does it! 😂 A true jack of all trades.

The financing itself? Nothing crazy—just a few property repairs that needed to be completed, and we worked through them.

And on Friday…

WE CLOSED! 🔑🏡🎉

Another beautiful property financed.
Another incredible client with the keys in his hands.
And maybe today it’s his second home… but tomorrow, Puerto Rico becomes HOME. 🇵🇷❤️

And as for whether he’s really a basketball player… 🏀😂

😱🏡 ¡ESTABAN CASI LISTOS 2 DIAS ANTES DEL CIERRE Y DIJERON: “ESTA NO ES NUESTRA CASA”! 😂🔑

¡Esta familia tiene una historia increíble! ❤️

Hace unos meses estábamos CASI LISTOS PARA CERRAR su primera propiedad. Documentos, préstamo, proceso… ¡todo encaminado! 🙌

Pero a última hora se miraron y dijeron:

“No… esta no es la casa donde queremos vivir.” 😳😂

¡Y CANCELARON LA COMPRA!

Yo les dije: “Cuando encuentren LA CASA, regresen.” 🏡🔑

¡Y REGRESARON! 😂🙌🎉

Pero aquí viene lo bueno: como ya habían trabajado con nosotros, gran parte de sus documentos seguían en nuestra plataforma. Así que NO tuvieron que comenzar desde cero. 💻👏

En el Live les pregunté cómo fue la experiencia esta segunda vez, y él me dijo algo que me encantó: ¡mi equipo se comunicaba con ellos más de lo que ellos tenían que buscarnos a nosotros! 😂📲

Y a ella le fascinó recibir las notificaciones que le decían exactamente dónde estaba su préstamo en cada etapa. ❤️

Menos estrés. Más comunicación. Todo organizado.

Y esta vez sí…

🔑🎉 ¡CERRAMOS LA CASA QUE REALMENTE QUERÍAN! 🏡❤️

La primera no era… ¡Y QUÉ BUENO QUE NO SE CONFORMARON! 🙌

Porque a veces decirle NO a una casa es lo que termina llevándote a decir:
