If I was buying in Auburn, AL right now, here’s some areas I’d be looking at beyond the typical neighborhoods you hear about👇

1. Grove Hill 🌳
A walkable and growing area off of Moores Mill Rd. It is master planned and sitting in a growth corridor (Moores Mill/Ogletree area).

2. Auburn Farms/East side growth 🌳
More affordable new construction that is still expanding. Located out towards the Opelika side and there is room for appreciation. New construction areas tend to benefit early buyers as demand grows.

3. East Lake/Ogletree Rd area🌳
East Lake is quiet but picking up. It is larger homes and newer builds close to Moores Mill, but still under the radar.

4. Bellevue🌳
A brand new development off Ogletree Rd. There is early entry opportunity for this high demand corridor. Early buyers can often pick lots and benefit from future appreciation.

All these areas are all seeing growth. This is typically where you see the most upside getting in before everything is fully built out and priced in. Auburn is expanding and where you buy matters just as much as what you buy.
