We’re building relationships with experienced, properly licensed GCs interested in pursuing commercial and government construction opportunities.
We’re especially interested in contractors with:
✔ Commercial construction experience
✔ Active licensing and insurance
✔ Strong project management capabilities
✔ Proven estimating and ex*****on experience
✔ Bonding capability where applicable
✔ Verifiable past performance
✔ Capacity to pursue new opportunities
Our role includes opportunity procurement, subcontractor coordination, bid administration, document management and ongoing administrative support to help keep pursuits and projects moving.
We’re looking for reliable contractors interested in long-term strategic relationships, not simply one project.
