What a week!

From attending the Touchdown Club of Atlanta with James Hamilton and hearing leadership insights from David Pollack, former University of Georgia All-American, NFL linebacker, and longtime college football analyst, to team huddle lunches in our Buckhead offices and lunch meetings with referral partners, it's been a week full of connection, growth, and opportunity.

And to cap it all off, we celebrated another happy homeowner with a closing today!

While some lenders may be experiencing a slower season, my team and I are grateful to be staying busy doing what we love most: helping families achieve homeownership, building relationships, and serving our referral partners every step of the way.

Here's to finishing the week strong and carrying that momentum into the next one!

This Construction-to-Permanent loan closed Wednesday, combining the construction financing and permanent mortgage into one streamlined process. 🔑

The first step for this property? Removing the existing home and preparing the lot for construction. We’ll be checking in each month to share the progress and give you a behind-the-scenes look at how a new home goes from plans to reality. 🏡
