We recently held our Chili Cookoff & Costume Party, and everyone brought their A-game. Between the chili competition, creative costumes, and plenty of laughs, it was a great way to spend some time together outside of our normal workday.

Kenta earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining Principal, he gained valuable experience in the financial services industry with New York Life Insurance and Equis Financial.

Outside of work, Kenta is an avid tennis player who competes on a weekend team. He is actively involved with several tennis organizations, including the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association and the United States Tennis Association.

Jay brings five years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Most recently, he served as a Team Lead and Top Sales Agent with Every Health Group (EHG), where he assisted more than 2,000 clients annually by providing personalized needs assessments, recommendations, and financial education. During his tenure, Jay achieved exceptional results, breaking company sales records in both 2024 and 2025 across every measurable performance category. Prior to EHG, he worked as a Financial Professional with World Financial Group.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jay is actively involved in his church community, where he enjoys building relationships, encouraging others, and serving those around him. In his free time, he enjoys sports, fitness, and a variety of outdoor activities, including biking and ATV riding.

Freddie holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in public policy research from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Principal, Freddie worked as an academic researcher focused on healthcare policy and published several papers in the field. He also brings five years of professional software engineering experience.

Outside of work, Freddie enjoys playing basketball, pool, and volunteering to promote international cultural exchange. He is also fluent in Chinese.
