Your mortgage payment may include more than just paying back what you borrowed! Let’s break down the 4 main pieces — PITI:

Principal — The amount going toward paying down your loan balance�Interest — The cost of borrowing the money�Taxes — Your property taxes�Insurance — Your homeowners insurance
And depending on your loan, you may also have mortgage insurance or HOA dues to consider.

This is exactly why I tell buyers not to shop based on purchase price alone!

Today, agents toured 8 beautiful luxury homes throughout Atlanta & Sandy Springs, including two stunning Bolst listings! 🏡
