For 10 years, Matt Rush has brought a steady commitment to relationships and treating people well to his work at FNBC. When asked about his proudest professional accomplishment, Matt kept it simple: he tries to treat everyone with kindness, respect and dignity. We’d say that’s an accomplishment worth being proud of.

Before banking, Matt worked in agriculture and the real estate title business, where working closely with bankers eventually led him to a career on this side of the table.

Outside of work, Matt stays busy with everything from carpentry and masonry to golf, cooking, gardening and canning.

Matt, thank you for 10 years of hard work, good humor and, most importantly, the way you treat the people around you. We’re glad you’re part of FNBC.

Today, Candi Morgan is celebrating 10 years at FNBC!

Candi began her banking career as a teller and has continued to learn, grow and take on new opportunities along the way. Today, she serves as Senior Commercial Lending Specialist, and she says that professional growth is one of the accomplishments she’s most proud of.

While her career has changed over the years, one thing that hasn’t is the people who make coming to work enjoyable. Candi says her coworkers keep her laughing on a daily basis and that that picking just one favorite memory is nearly impossible!

Away from the bank, Candi loves spending time with her family, visiting National Parks and traveling.

Congratulations on 10 years, Candi! We’re grateful for all you bring to FNBC and are proud to have been part of your journey.
