Dylan Biard is celebrating 5 years with FNBC!

A teller opportunity during college sparked Dylan’s interest in banking. After shadowing a few bank employees, he decided to make it his career—and today, we’re glad to have him on our Risk team!

His advice to his day-one self? “Don’t stress too much. Anything can be fixed.” One memory that still makes him laugh: watching everyone try to get a squirrel out of the atrium!

Outside work, Dylan enjoys fishing and being on the water.

Scammers can manipulate caller ID and send convincing messages that appear to come from your bank. They may claim there is suspicious activity on your account and pressure you to provide information immediately. Never share your password, PIN, debit card security code, or one-time verification code with anyone. FNBC will never contact you and ask for this information.

If you are unsure whether a call or message is legitimate, hang up without providing any information and contact FNBC directly using a trusted phone number.

On Monday, we brought our entire organization together for our annual bank-wide meeting. We use this day to share important strategic updates, reinforce our culture, share a great meal, spend time with one another, recognize employees’ efforts over the last year, and most importantly, have fun! It’s one of our favorite days and we are already looking forward to next year!
