Christine and Jamie made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely manageable. From day one, Christine didn't just present us with options ... she took the time to educate us on every decision, walked us through four different loan scenarios, and helped us understand the real impact of each one on our finances both now and long-term. Every question we asked (and we asked a lot) was met with patience, clarity, and genuine care. Jamie was incredibly responsive throughout the process and kept everything moving on schedule. The pre-closing rehearsal was a great touch that made us feel fully prepared walking into closing day. We never felt like just another file ... we felt like Christine and Jamie were personally invested in making sure we made the best decisions for our family.
