Artesia Credit Union is warning our members about fraudulent emails appearing to come from DocuSign.

⚠️ If you receive a DocuSign email and were NOT expecting documents, DO NOT:

• Open attachments
• Enter passwords or personal information
• Follow instructions contained in the email

Scammers may use realistic-looking DocuSign messages to trick you into clicking malicious links or providing sensitive information.

🔒 When in doubt, STOP before you CLICK.
If you are unsure whether a document or message involving your Artesia Credit Union account is legitimate, contact us directly using a trusted phone number before taking any action.

Starting July 28, Artesia Credit Union will begin rolling out a new Online Banking Security Feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Receive a secure 6-digit verification code by text or voice when logging in.
✅ Enhanced protection for your online banking access.
✅ Replaces traditional security questions for a faster, more secure login experience.

What you need to do before July 28:
📱 Make sure we have your current cell phone or direct phone number on file.
📲 Update your phone number in your Online Banking profile or contact us directly.
